The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to production, supply chain, and operational processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with budget management, risk assessment, and schedule adherence.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software or industrial automation technologies
• Knowledge of specific manufacturing quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP)
