Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes and project methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher)
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
• Familiarity with CAD software and reading technical drawings
