Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, scopes, budgets, and timelines for manufacturing initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to manufacturing processes and supply chain.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including production, engineering, and quality teams.
• Oversee resource allocation for projects, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Monitor project progress, report status to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all project deliverables comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Lean) and project management software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lifecycles, and quality control principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, budget, schedule, and risks effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing technical designs
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing context
