Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans and policies to support manufacturing operations.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery of materials.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive purchasing or supply chain management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cost reduction and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools for spend analysis and forecasting.
