Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform calibration and maintenance of measurement tools and equipment.
- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and other advanced metrology instruments.
- Conduct dimensional inspections of manufactured parts, tooling, and assemblies.
- Analyze measurement data, identify deviations, and generate detailed inspection reports.
- Maintain accurate calibration records and manage the calibration schedule.
- Assist in the development and validation of new measurement programs and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with metrology equipment and test fixtures.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and programming various metrology equipment (e.g., CMM, optical comparators, hand gauges).
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
- Solid understanding of measurement principles, calibration processes, and metrology software.
- Experience with quality control standards and documentation of measurement data.
- A technical degree or certificate in metrology, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming CMMs (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso).
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) for model-based inspection or fixture design.
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Experience with internal quality audits (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) or quality system documentation.
