Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets and business objectives.
- Manage the plant budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all plant departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on plant performance to senior management.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
- Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, quality systems, and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- MBA or Master's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
- Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, robotics)
- Proficiency with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
