Salary Range: $60,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and set up new robotic systems and automation equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial robots to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robotic systems.
- Repair or replace defective components, wiring, and sensors within robotic cells.
- Program and teach new robot paths, waypoints, and tasks using various programming interfaces.
- Document all maintenance, repair, and calibration activities accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures while working with robotic machinery.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field.
- Proven proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
- Strong understanding of PLC logic and ladder diagrams for automated manufacturing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing automation or robotics technician role.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing designs
- Basic networking and IT troubleshooting skills for connected systems
