Salary Range: $60,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial robotic systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.
- Execute repairs, including part replacement and component adjustment, to restore robot functionality.
- Program, teach, and calibrate industrial robots for new tasks and process optimizations.
- Install and commission new robotic systems, ensuring proper integration with production lines.
- Conduct performance testing and quality checks on repaired or newly installed robotic equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance, repairs, and programming changes.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
- Strong understanding of PLC programming, industrial electrical systems, and automation components.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
- Experience with robot programming, path teaching, and optimization using teach pendants.
- Associate's degree or vocational training in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Familiarity with CAD software for layout and fixture design.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
