Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and calibration on robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots.
- Execute corrective repairs and replace faulty components to minimize production downtime.
- Program and teach robot paths, points, and sequences for new or modified production processes.
- Assist with the installation, commissioning, and integration of new robotic cells.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures for robotic equipment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Proficiency in programming, teaching, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
- Strong understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
- Solid knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems, including sensors, motors, and actuators.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Fanuc iRVision).
- Proficiency in Python or C++ for advanced robot control, scripting, or data analysis.
- Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP).
- Experience with robot offline programming and simulation software (e.g., RoboGuide, RobotStudio, Process Simulate).
