Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process, including root cause analysis and verification of effectiveness.
• Oversee internal and external audit programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Monitor key quality metrics, analyze data, and report on quality performance to management.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet defined quality standards and customer requirements.
• Manage and develop the quality assurance team, providing training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including leadership roles.
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 (or similar QMS standards) implementation and auditing.
• Proven proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485).
• Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives and cultural change.
• Strong background in supplier quality management and development.
