Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze production processes using statistical methods to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
• Manage non-conforming materials and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to manufacturing personnel on quality standards and practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in applying core quality methodologies and tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100) and their implementation.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for quality module integration.
• Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for data analysis automation.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design review and GD&T interpretation.
