Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of quality control inspectors and technicians.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Investigate non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality specifications.
• Provide training and mentorship to quality personnel on inspection techniques and quality protocols.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports on product quality performance.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, SPC, FMEA, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and mentor a team.
• Experience with various inspection techniques and measurement equipment relevant to manufacturing processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent Lean manufacturing experience.
• Experience participating in or leading internal/external quality audits (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency with Quality Management Software (QMS) systems or ERP quality modules.
• Background in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).
