Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement material planning strategies using ERP/MRP systems.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure seamless material flow.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and material handling.
• Lead demand forecasting and production planning processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material management and supply chain efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure material quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in materials management, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory control and demand planning.
• Expertise in inventory optimization techniques, demand forecasting, and supplier relationship management.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software beyond standard ERP.
• Demonstrated experience in global sourcing and international logistics.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to key international suppliers or markets.
