Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, processes, and layouts.
• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing process issues, implementing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives through process optimization, material efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition from design to production.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role focused on process improvement.
• Proven proficiency in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong command of CAD software for tooling design, fixture development, and process layout.
• Ability to analyze complex manufacturing problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) technologies
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) related to manufacturing modules
