Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns, malfunctions, and failures promptly.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Install, adjust, and calibrate production equipment for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for repairs and installations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks following established schedules.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) for fabrication and repair.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Certification or experience with specific industrial automation equipment (e.g., robotics, vision systems).
