Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design and procure manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to processes, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with R&D and Production teams on new product introduction (NPI) and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process specifications, and flowcharts.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production non-conformances and implement effective corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in applying Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing tooling, fixtures, and optimizing plant layouts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of various manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control systems relevant to the industry.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced robotics and automation integration
• Proficiency in discrete event simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML for manufacturing optimization)
