Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new production processes, equipment, and layouts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, P&IDs, and specifications.
• Analyze process data to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process development projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with process simulation software, data analysis tools, and P&ID/PFD development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving process bottlenecks.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python)
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for facility layout or equipment design
• Familiarity with automation and control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, DCS)
