Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Manage, train, and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement.
