Salary Range: $63,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and maintain Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with existing PLC programs and industrial control systems.
• Design and configure Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
• Perform commissioning, startup, and testing of new automated machinery and control systems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, electrical schematics, and control system architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to define and implement control system requirements.
• Ensure all programming adheres to safety standards, quality protocols, and operational specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming industrial PLCs (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) using Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA system development and integration (e.g., FactoryTalk View SE/ME, WinCC).
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in complex automated manufacturing systems.
• Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&ID diagrams.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and experience with safety PLC programming.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics programming and integration.
• Proficiency in HMI/SCADA development beyond basic operator interfaces.
• Knowledge of industrial data analytics and database integration (e.g., SQL).
• Experience with machine vision systems.
