Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and test PLC logic for automated manufacturing systems.
• Design and implement HMI (Human Machine Interface) applications for operator control.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex PLC programs, industrial networks, and electrical control systems.
• Perform commissioning, startup, and integration of new equipment and production lines.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization for existing automation systems.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including electrical schematics and program comments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, maintenance) on project requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial automation project lifecycle, from design to commissioning.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex control systems and machinery.
• Solid understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet) and motor control principles.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams, and create clear technical documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with HMI/SCADA development platforms (e.g., FactoryTalk View, Ignition, WinCC)
• Proficiency in programming industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB)
• Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
• Experience integrating PLCs with databases (e.g., SQL) for data acquisition and reporting
• Understanding of industrial networking protocols and architecture (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET)
