Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads to identify sales opportunities for manufacturing products.
- Proactively engage potential and existing customers via phone and email to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Present and demonstrate manufacturing solutions, products, and services, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Generate accurate sales quotes, proposals, and process orders efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with outside sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer information and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, ideally within a B2B manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial products, or technical components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and common sales productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Bonus Qualifications
- Technical aptitude or prior experience with manufactured products.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) in a sales context.
- Familiarity with interpreting basic technical drawings or product specifications.
- Previous exposure to a manufacturing plant or production environment.
