Salary Range: $44,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials and components.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, engineering drawings, and quality specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to assess product conformity.
- Accurately record and document inspection results, including acceptance or rejection data.
- Identify, segregate, and label non-conforming materials according to established procedures.
- Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for material discrepancies.
- Adhere to all quality procedures, work instructions, and safety regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in using various precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, optical comparators).
- Ability to read and accurately interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications (including GD&T).
- Experience with quality control procedures, documentation, and non-conformance reporting in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify defects and ensure compliance.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, record keeping, and utilizing inspection software.
Bonus Qualifications
- CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programming experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
- Advanced GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) certification.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for quality modules.
