Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM).
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement standardized work procedures and visual management systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
• Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on Lean principles and tools.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize production layouts and material flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM).
• 3+ years of experience implementing Lean principles in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
