Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Lean manufacturing initiatives (e.g., Kaizen events, 5S, SMED, VSM).
- Identify and eliminate waste (muda) in production processes through root cause analysis.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard work procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Conduct process analysis, time studies, and capacity planning to optimize manufacturing layouts and workflows.
- Train and mentor production teams and management on Lean methodologies and tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement projects to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and best practices.
Recommended Qualifications
- Deep understanding and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, SMED).
- Proven experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data to identify root causes and drive sustainable solutions.
- Ability to effectively manage projects, influence stakeholders, and train teams on Lean methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Bonus Qualifications
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
- Experience with digital manufacturing tools and Industry 4.0 integration
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor cross-functional teams in Lean methodologies
