Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the entire supply chain, from raw material inbound to finished goods outbound.
• Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing obsolescence.
• Coordinate and manage all shipping, receiving, and transportation activities.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse operations and storage solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, customs, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Demonstrated knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations, customs, and trade compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or advanced analytics software.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Experience with warehouse automation technologies or robotics.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to international supply chain operations.
