Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Analyze equipment performance data and trends to identify reliability improvement opportunities.
• Implement reliability improvement projects to enhance asset availability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on new equipment specifications for reliability.
• Monitor and report on key reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and asset utilization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency in reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, PM optimization).
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reliability data analysis and CMMS/EAM systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation
• Level I or II certification in a Predictive Maintenance technology (e.g., Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Ultrasound)
• Experience with advanced statistical modeling or machine learning techniques for reliability prediction
