Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production operators, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Monitor production schedules and processes to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to improve skills and productivity.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, planning) to optimize workflow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team, including task delegation and performance management.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for team coordination, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality management systems (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent
• Proficiency with manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES systems)
• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in languages common within the local workforce
