Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and physical inventories.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimizing excess and preventing stockouts.
• Oversee the effective use and maintenance of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
• Establish and enforce robust inventory control procedures for receiving, storage, and material issuance.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and sales teams to align inventory with operational needs.
• Manage the disposition of obsolete, slow-moving, and damaged inventory.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for inventory management.
• Strong understanding of inventory control methodologies, forecasting, and demand planning.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze inventory data, identify discrepancies, and implement process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Proven project management experience, particularly in process improvement or system implementation.
