Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise and mentor a team of production associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor quality control standards, identifying and addressing any deviations from specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
• Manage material flow and inventory levels, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process enhancements.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to meet production goals.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• - Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
• - Basic understanding of preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
• - First Aid/CPR certification.
• - Experience with a specific ERP or MES system relevant to the company's operations.
