Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations to ensure efficient production flow and adherence to schedules.
• Manage and mentor production staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process, addressing any non-conformities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment, coordinating maintenance and repair schedules.
• Develop and manage the shop's operational budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, sales, and planning, to optimize production and meet customer demands.
