Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify, define, and prioritize process improvement opportunities within the manufacturing environment.
• Drive the execution of complex, cross-functional Six Sigma projects to achieve significant cost savings, quality improvements, and cycle time reduction.
• Utilize advanced statistical tools and analysis techniques to identify root causes of defects and process variation.
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions to address identified process issues and prevent recurrence.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and methodologies.
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of Six Sigma projects to senior leadership.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the manufacturing organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies relevant to manufacturing processes (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience in identifying and mitigating manufacturing process defects, waste, and inefficiencies.
• Strong leadership and team facilitation skills, with the ability to mentor Green Belts and champion change.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operational excellence principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills applied to root cause analysis and solution implementation in a production setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
• - Proven ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members
• - Advanced statistical software proficiency (e.g., Minitab, JMP) beyond core Black Belt training
• - Experience with specific manufacturing technologies relevant to the company (e.g., automation, CNC, PLCs)
• - Change management certification or demonstrated experience leading significant organizational change
