Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and team members in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify, prioritize, and define complex process improvement projects using DMAIC or DMADV frameworks.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and variations.
• Develop and implement solutions to eliminate waste and improve product quality and throughput.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and sustained improvements.
• Measure, monitor, and report on the financial and operational impact of implemented solutions.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the manufacturing operations.
• Train and coach manufacturing personnel on Six Sigma tools and principles.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of Lean principles and their application in optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data-driven problem-solving.
• Strong leadership and team facilitation skills, with the ability to mentor Green Belts and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in root cause analysis, process mapping, and implementing sustainable solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Familiarity with various manufacturing methodologies and technologies (e.g., SPC, DOE, FMEA, TPM).

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with advanced statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python for data analysis).
• - Proven ability to lead and mentor Green Belts and other team members.
• - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their integration with Six Sigma.
• - Experience in a specific advanced manufacturing technology relevant to the company (e.g., automation, additive manufacturing, Industry 4.0).
• - Strong change management and communication skills to drive adoption of implemented solutions.
