Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for manufacturing personnel, covering safety, quality, equipment operation, and process improvements.
  • Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and production data.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
  • Source, develop, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Manage and maintain training records and documentation.
  • Onboard new employees by providing initial training on company policies, safety procedures, and job-specific tasks.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging training technologies to enhance program delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
  • Ability to assess training needs, design curriculum, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Bonus Qualifications

  • - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting training completion.
  • - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training development.
  • - Certification in adult learning principles or instructional design.
  • - Experience in developing and delivering train-the-trainer programs.
  • - Basic understanding of industrial safety regulations relevant to manufacturing.
