Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff, covering safety, operational procedures, equipment operation, and quality standards.
  • Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and consultation with department supervisors.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
  • Source, develop, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and hands-on exercises.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training tracking software.
  • Ability to assess training needs, develop curricula, and measure training effectiveness.
