Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end value streams to maximize customer value and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for value stream improvement and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams involved in the value stream.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions across departments.
• Facilitate value stream mapping and other diagnostic tools to understand current state and design future state.
• Ensure efficient flow of materials, information, and products throughout the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing value streams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
• Experience with process mapping, value stream mapping (VSM), and implementing VSM recommendations.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Proven ability to implement and manage digital transformation initiatives within a value stream
• - Strong understanding of supply chain resilience and risk management strategies
• - Demonstrated success in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement
