Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Document all validation activities, results, and deviations in accordance with regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
• Investigate and resolve any deviations or non-conformances identified during validation studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) to ensure successful validation.
• Maintain and update validation documentation, including Master Validation Plans and reports.
• Perform revalidation activities as required due to process changes, equipment modifications, or scheduled intervals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and guidelines (e.g., FDA, GMP).
• Provide training and guidance to personnel involved in validation activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in validation processes within a GMP/ISO regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of validation principles (IQ, OQ, PQ, CSV).
• Experience with authoring and executing validation protocols and reports.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA) relevant to manufacturing validation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve validation deviations.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
• - Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or relevant industry quality standards.
• - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for test automation.
• - Prior experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device).
