Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to manufacturing, engineering, and sales departments.
- Manage vendor relationships for office services, supplies, and equipment.
- Assist with new employee onboarding and maintain personnel records for office and plant staff.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage the office budget, track expenses, and process invoices.
- Ensure office compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and office budget management.
- Ability to manage office operations efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or manufacturing-specific software.
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols (e.g., OSHA) and EHS administrative support.
- Understanding of supply chain or logistics administrative processes.
- Experience supporting HR/payroll functions for a mixed hourly and salaried workforce.
