Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination.
  • Provide direct administrative support to manufacturing and production teams, managing documentation and schedules.
  • Administer HR functions such as new hire onboarding, timekeeping, and maintaining employee records.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and process invoices for office and facility services.
  • Serve as the central point of communication for internal staff, external clients, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel logistics for management and staff.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an office management or administrative role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/MRP systems or manufacturing-specific software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction across all levels of the organization and with external vendors.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles, including invoice processing and expense management.
  • Understanding of workplace safety protocols and operational nuances typical of a manufacturing environment.
