Salary Range: $51,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance for the administrative area.
- Provide administrative support to the plant manager and manufacturing leadership team.
- Coordinate basic HR functions such as new hire onboarding, record keeping, and payroll data submission.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and manage petty cash for the site.
- Maintain organized company records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related vendors and service providers.
- Implement and maintain office health, safety, and security protocols.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience managing an office in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with office management software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities to support a dynamic operational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse internal teams (production, sales, management) and external vendors.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll support functions.
- Ability to manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities in an industrial setting.

- Familiarity with manufacturing health and safety protocols (e.g., OSHA).
- Experience supporting logistics or supply chain operations.
