Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and qualify new manufacturing processes for product introduction.
- Collaborate with R&D and Design teams to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
- Specify, procure, and qualify new production equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and control plans.
- Lead and support pilot production runs, ensuring a smooth transition to mass production.
- Identify and resolve technical manufacturing issues and yield challenges during the New Product Introduction phase.
- Drive continuous improvement activities for NPI processes and product quality.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing engineering within a production environment.
- Proven expertise in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and process development.
- Experience with manufacturing process validation, tooling design, and production line setup for new products.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and PLM/ERP systems.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams from prototype to mass production.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD) for process optimization.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and smart manufacturing integration.
- Expertise in Design for Reliability (DFR) or Design for Serviceability (DFS) principles.
