Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and raw materials.
- Utilize statistical forecasting models and software to generate baseline forecasts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Production to gather market intelligence and refine forecasts.
- Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, presenting demand plans and insights.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes for deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to identify demand drivers and risks.
- Manage and optimize forecasting tools and systems to enhance planning efficiency and effectiveness.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and specialized forecasting software.
- Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Experience with advanced statistical forecasting software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with S&OP process facilitation.
