Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional impacts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management to gather market intelligence.
• Participate actively in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify root causes for deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage demand planning for new product introductions and product discontinuations.
• Utilize demand planning software and statistical forecasting models.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with an understanding of various forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for advanced data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with advanced statistical modeling or machine learning applications in forecasting.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
