Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance for the application of manufacturing equipment and software.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, and customer training sessions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex application issues for manufacturing systems and processes.
• Develop and document application notes, best practices, and technical guides.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with R&D for continuous product improvement.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of manufacturing solutions at customer sites.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with automation or industrial machinery.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software, PLC programming, or manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent technical communication and presentation skills for customer engagement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., additive manufacturing, robotics, IIoT)
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for application customization or automation
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales technical support or solution architecting
• Hands-on experience with shop floor operations or equipment commissioning
