Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support for product integration and optimization within manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to understand application requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct product testing, validation, and performance analysis in manufacturing environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product application and functionality on the factory floor.
• Develop and deliver technical training on product usage and best practices to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create detailed application notes, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and products in manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing).
• 3+ years of experience in an Applications Engineer, Field Service, or similar technical role within manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and/or manufacturing simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, robotics, or CNC systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide customer-focused solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in a relevant programming language (e.g., Python, C#, PLC ladder logic) for custom solutions or automation.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing software such as MES, ERP integration, or PLM systems.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Practical experience with industrial automation hardware like robotics, vision systems, or PLCs.
