Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians and operators.
• Ensure daily production schedules are met and output targets are achieved.
• Monitor product quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Train, coach, and develop assembly personnel on processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot assembly line issues and implement solutions to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Manage material flow to the assembly line, ensuring availability and minimizing downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing assembly environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control, and production metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of assembly technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents such as blueprints and work instructions.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems
• Experience with automated assembly processes or robotics
• Strong data analysis skills for production metrics and reporting
