Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies.
• Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels in continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Manage a portfolio of improvement projects from conception through to sustainable implementation.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering proactive problem-solving and employee engagement.
• Develop, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of improvement strategies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent advanced certification).
• Expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED) and their practical application.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve CI goals.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced data analytics and visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced automation) within a manufacturing context.
• Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for process optimization and data extraction.
