Salary Range: $48,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, bill payments, and collections.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with benefits administration.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, supporting month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
  • Oversee general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital financial and operational records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks directly supporting manufacturing, such as processing non-inventory purchase orders and tracking maintenance schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general inquiries, managing incoming communications and directing calls as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience with full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing financial processes, such as inventory valuation, job costing, or production expense tracking.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage office operations efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP Business One, NetSuite).
  • Understanding of inventory costing methods and tracking in a production environment.
  • Experience assisting with HR functions (e.g., onboarding, benefits support, payroll processing).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or process improvement methodologies.
