Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across office and production floor environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with manufacturing-specific applications, industrial PCs, and shop floor equipment connectivity.
- Manage and prioritize help desk tickets using an ITSM system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and basic network troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.
- Support users with specialized applications like CAD/CAM, ERP systems, and data collection tools used in manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and document solutions for common technical problems in the knowledge base.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience supporting manufacturing-specific applications (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA systems).
- Familiarity with industrial computing hardware and production line peripherals.
- Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience utilizing IT ticketing systems and providing user support.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP, MES, or SCADA systems
- Experience supporting industrial PCs, barcode scanners, or specialized production equipment
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or production floor environments
