Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain industrial electrical control systems and schematics.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions in manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ensure compliance of electrical systems with safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA) and company policies.
• Lead and execute electrical projects, including upgrades, installations, and new equipment integration.
• Optimize existing electrical infrastructure for improved performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on electrical systems and controls.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive electrical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and BOMs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and industrial control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems, machinery, and automation equipment.
• Experience with industrial power distribution, motor control centers, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E) and the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial automation platforms (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to manufacturing automation (e.g., Python, C#, ladder logic).
• Experience with robotics or machine vision systems.
