Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in complex machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Provide technical support and training to customer personnel on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Document service activities, repairs, and parts used accurately and timely.
• Manage service parts inventory and tooling required for field operations.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies during all service operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in electromechanical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, HMI, and industrial control systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to customer manufacturing sites.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant engineering or electronics discipline.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and/or SCADA system configuration.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting industrial networking issues (e.g., Ethernet/IP, PROFINET).
• Experience with robotic systems, vision systems, or other advanced automation technologies.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to international clients or diverse workforces.
